How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches Wingscousin Remodeling should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • What happened when you called or contacted Wingscousin Remodeling
  • The way we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project hits a problem, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record of what was said.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please keep in mind that Wingscousin Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@wingscousin.beer and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to contact you
  • The date you reached us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will email to confirm we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which can include talking to the provider. Afterward, we will share what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
